Cleaning Day Preparation Guide

To help our team provide the best possible service, please review the following before your scheduled cleaning:

Before We Arrive

• Please pick up personal items, toys, and clothing from floors and surfaces so we can clean efficiently.

• Secure pets & children in a safe area.

• If you’d like us to use your personal cleaning products, please leave them out and provide clear written instructions in your booking notes or by texting 317-748-0059 before our arrival.

• Make sure we have access to the home (door code, key, or lockbox).

During The Cleaning

• Our team will focus on the areas included in your selected service (Routine or Deep Cleaning).

• Add-on services (inside oven, fridge, windows, laundry, etc.) must be confirmed and paid for in advance.

• For everyone’s safety, we ask that you avoid walking through the cleaning area until we’re finished and all floors are dry.

After The Cleaning

• Please inspect the home within 24 hours and let us know if anything needs to be addressed.

• Payments are due at the time of booking.

Cancellations

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a trip fee.
