Hourly Cleaning Services
Our hourly cleaning option is ideal for clients who want flexibility or have specific tasks they’d like completed during a set timeframe.
How It Works:
• Hourly cleanings are billed at $50 per labor hour (per cleaner).
• 1 cleaner = 1 man-hour (for example, 2 cleaners for 2 hours = 4 total man-hours).
• You decide how much time to book and which areas or tasks you’d like prioritized.
• Our team will complete as much as possible within the booked time frame, focusing on your specified areas.
• If additional time is needed to complete your list, we can extend the cleaning (if the schedule allows) or schedule a follow-up visit.
Please Note:
• Hourly cleanings are time-based, not task-based. Completion depends on the size and condition of the home.
• Supplies, equipment, and travel time are included in the hourly rate.
• Specialty services (e.g., windows, carpets, laundry, organization) may be quoted separately.
• The home must be accessible and ready for cleaning at the scheduled time to avoid time loss.
Estimated Cleaning Times (for reference only):
• Bathroom: approximately 1 hour
• Kitchen: approximately 1.5 hours
• Half bathroom: 20–30 minutes
• Full bathroom: 45–60 minutes
• Light kitchen cleaning: 30–45 minutes
• Deep kitchen cleaning: 1.5–2 hours
• Vacuuming and mopping 1,000 sq. ft. of flooring: 30–45 minutes
• Bedrooms or living rooms: 20–30 minutes each
• Inside refrigerator or oven: 30–45 minutes each
• Interior windows: 10–15 minutes per window
Homes with heavier buildup, clutter, or larger square footage will take longer.
Service Expectations:
When booking an hourly cleaning, The Cleaning Crew will perform tasks based on the client’s priorities within the reserved time.
• Hourly cleanings do not guarantee the entire home will be completed—only that professional cleaning will be provided for the exact hours booked.
• Clients must provide a priority list before or at the start of the appointment; if no priorities are listed, cleaners will use their judgment.
• Once the booked time ends, cleaners will stop. Unfinished tasks require additional hours to be booked by the client. We will not automatically add time unless specifically requested.
• Hourly services do not qualify for a re-clean, refund, or discount under any circumstance.
Important Policy Notice:
All cleaning preferences and priorities must be listed in the booking notes prior to the cleaner’s arrival. If any details change from what is written in the notes, you must communicate those changes directly with The Cleaning Crew before the cleaning begins. Cleaners are not authorized to adjust the requested scope of work at the home without written approval from management.
If you prefer a full-home service based on our standard checklist, we recommend booking a flat-rate cleaning instead of hourly service. If you choose the hourly option to have only certain areas cleaned, that is entirely up to you; however, the amount completed will depend on the time booked. Should your listed expectations exceed the realistic time frame, you’ll be referred to our estimated cleaning times (for reference only) as the standard guideline.
