Deep Cleaning Checklist: 

 

Entryway:

Dust Furniture

Clean mirrors

Clean the inside/outside of the glass on the front door & back door 

Wipe Baseboards

Sweep the floor

Mop the floor

Kitchen: 

Dust the light fixtures 

Remove any cobwebs 

Empty and replace the trash liner in the trash can

Clean the stove range and  hood 

Polish hood with stainless steel cleaner

Clean and replace the filter underneath the microwave 

Wipe down the kitchen countertops 

Wipe down the kitchen table and chairs

Wipe down the face/top of the fridge

Dust the top of kitchen cabinets 

Wipe the face of the dishwasher

Clean and dry the face of the microwave 

Clean the interior of the microwave 

Clean and dry the kitchen backsplash 

Spot clean cabinets 

Disassemble gas stove parts / clean the top of the stove

Remove drip pans and knobs on the stove 

Clean the stove knobs and the oven control buttons 

Wipe the exterior glass of the oven

Fold and organize the kitchen towels  

Wipe the exterior of the trash can 

Clean inside and around the sink bowl

Damp wipe the baseboards 

Sweep the kitchen floors 

Mop the kitchen floors 
 

All Bathrooms: 

Empty the trash can and replace it with a new liner 

Fold hand towels and fold bath towels 

Clean and dry mirror(s)

Clean inside and around the sink bowl(s)

Wipe sink faucets 

Wipe counters

Clean inside and out of the toilet bowl

Wipe down the toilet seat 

Disinfect and dry the toilet seat flush lever  

Wipe down the base and floor around the toilet 

Remove everything from the tub and shower

Apply shower cleaner and allow to sit 

Apply vinegar solution to glass and allow to soak

Scrub shower and tub walls

Scrub the shower floor

Rinse & dry shower/walls 

Wipe bathroom baseboards

Sweep the floors

Mop the floors

All Bedrooms: 

Empty and replace trash can liners

Make beds (strip dirty sheets, put on the clean sheets)  

Dust furniture 

Wipe the baseboards

Sweep the floors 

Mop the floors 

 

All Closets: 

Remove any items from floors

Living Room: 

Empty the trash can and replace the liner

Vacuum couch/chairs

Straighten pillows on couches and chairs 

Refold blanket(s)

Clean and dry mirror(s)

Dining Room: 

Dust furniture

Wipe the baseboards

Laundry Room:

Dust surfaces and countertops
