All services are based on total man hours (labor time), not time onsite. The number of cleaners may vary, but total labor remains the same. Timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If additional time is required to complete the service to our standards, we will request approval before proceeding. If not approved, we will complete as much as possible within the scheduled time and remaining items may not be finished if additional time needed is not approved. Initial payment covers estimated labor only. Any approved additional time will be billed separately. If we are unable to reach you during service, we may continue within scheduled time or pause the service until approval is received.
